Our Partners’ have many years experience in both IT and traditional estate agency. Having witnessed the soaring popularity of the internet in the house buying process, with over 80% of people now searching on-line, they decided to combine their complementary skills and launch a new kind of estate agency.

Prior to the launch of Piink, a considerable amount of time was invested in understanding what people really wanted from estate agents in the 21st Century – the overriding message was Change!

We found what customers in all industries are demanding now is GOOD Customer Service.
It is what should be expected and should be delivered and our industry is seriously lacking.
Also, excellent Marketing, instead of just Advertising is more important than ever before, as customer's expectations rise with the use of the internet.

People expect to see good quality, accurate information immediately. They are no longer happy to wait for the post anymore!

Most of those surveyed felt traditional agents were out of step with the ‘instant’ requirements of today’s fast moving society. They felt that most agents had not exploited the full potential of the internet or the e-mail/text/picture messaging services that are now part of everyday life. However, they did appreciate having a 3rd party deal with their house selling process. All of this valuable feed-back only served to underline that the time was right for a new generation of estate agent, and so, in 2004, Piink was born.
