Q. Who are we?
A.
Piink.co.uk is a revolutionary type of Estate Agent.
We are a traditional agent, working in a standard manner, but we concentrate on utilising the power of the internet to create a 'Marketing Strategy' for your home, rather than just Advertising it.

Q. What do we do?
A. When we created Piink.co.uk in 2004, we started with a blank piece of paper. After looking at all our market research data, information and results, we found that despite the technical advances being made in the industry, the MOST important aspect of the business was to look after our Customers.
To this end, we have a dedicated Customer Service Manager on our team who will look after you every step of the way and who will give you the statistics we get from various sources on how well your property is being received in the open market.
This is then supported by the great deal of effort we put into creating a unique 'Marketing Strategy' for each property to really 'Sell' your property.

Q. What we DON'T do!
A. We are NOT just an Internet listing site! We take great pride in serving the Customer in a traditional manner with care and attention to detail.

Q. Why are we different?
A. Piink.co.uk is based on a straightforward ethos:-
- To give as much support backed up by as much information as possible to give the Customer the benefit
  of making the right decisions, based on our advice.
- To really Sell your property through a full Marketing Strategy, amending it as necessary, along the way.
We find this makes a huge difference and we are successful in selling homes.
We also have a great number of customers who have been recommended to us, so we must be doing something right!!



Q.How do you operate?
A. We don't just sell houses. We sell ‘Stress Management’. We put a great deal of effort into marketing your property and getting the right sale for you. This is done using all the services associated with a High Street agent – face-to-face or telephone conversations, professional advice and assistance, where Quality Customer Service is foremost. We don’t believe you can simply replace good service with technology. The end result is that the whole process of helping you move is kept to a minimum stress level, so that you, the customer, have a pleasant experience. We use the technology to speed up the process and to offer innovative methods of marketing your property.

Q. How does Piink differ from a High Street Estate Agency?
A. Whilst we have a head office and provide all the services of a traditional agency we don’t need to run expensive High Street shops. These lower operating costs enable us to offer a lower commission rate without loss of service.

Q. Do you advertise?
A. We advertise in the local papers to attract customers to our web site. We also advertise on the UK’s leading property portals to ensure we get our properties in front of as many buyers as possible:

Q. What if I’m already registered with another estate agency?
A. We would welcome enquiries from clients who are already on the market. We would look closely at possible reasons why their property hasn't already Sold, maybe the price or the presentation and advise accordingly.

Q. Are you different from property web sites that simply 'list' my house?
A. Yes. We are an estate agent, which means we'll do all the work for you and you don't have to pay anything up-front!

Q. What areas do you cover?
A. Our core areas cover the Midlands region. If you are in this area, we can come out to you and value your property as normal. If you are in the surrounding area, we can still help you, by talking to you over the phone and investigating other properties in your area to get to the right valuation. We are currently recruiting additional valuers to expand the area we serve, so please call us to see if we can help you.

Q. Do you have ‘For Sale’ boards?
A. Yes. Our experience has shown that Sale Boards are one of the most effective methods of marketing a property locally.

Q. Are you independent?
A. Yes. We are a family run, independent Estate Agency who feels that the industry could serve customers better and provide greater value-for-money.

Q. What computer software do you use?
A. We use VEBRA Solex, a market leader, which enables us to quickly match properties to buyers and then relay this info to them via text, e-mail or telephone.

Q. Do you offer a Conveyancing service?
A. Yes. Our low cost conveyancing service allows you to track your house sale/purchase on-line using a secure username/password. The flexibility of our system means that you can choose from a list of solicitors, you can talk to them directly and visit them if you wish. Q. Do you give any other advice?
A. We can offer advice and even organise work to be done to make your home look beautifully presentable with our 'house doctor' service. We would be more than happy to come and see you and discuss your requirements. This is an extra cost service. We also are forging links with a leading Mortgage Broker and we are building up a referrals service where you can find associated services, such as damp searches, plumbers, conservatory companies that we have worked with in the past and know will give a similar level of service that we give you.

Q. How do you get paid?
A. By your solicitor on the day of completion, exactly the same as any High Street agent.
